Chasitie Borders is a dedicated real estate professional who brings both regional insight and a genuine passion for service to her work. Originally from North Carolina, she relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after earning her degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004. Drawn to the area’s coastal lifestyle and vibrant community, she proudly calls the Grand Strand her home.

Chasitie began her real estate career in 2018 and has since built a reputation for her integrity, strong work ethic, and personalized client care. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals—whether that means purchasing a first home, investing in coastal properties, relocating to the beach, or selling a home to move confidently into life’s next chapter. Her greatest professional fulfillment comes from guiding clients through meaningful milestones and celebrating their successes alongside them.

Outside of her real estate career, Chasitie is a devoted mother of two boys. Together, they enjoy exploring the many attractions and experiences that make Myrtle Beach such a special place to live, from its beautiful coastlines to its family-friendly activities.
